I am a Young fitness enthusiast who started in the health and fitness industry at the age of 17 out of a shed in my parents garden I have now been in the industry for 6 years.

I started out playing high-level sports as a kid and this is where my passion/obsession for fitness grew and grew I loved the gym and was always keen to push the boundaries and see what was achievable.

Representing my Island and county in rugby and tennis amongst other sports. Also qualifying to go to British finals for powerlifting (dam COVID meant this is cancelled)

Health and fitness have always been something closer to my heart and without it, I would not be the man I am today. It’s my passion to share what it has taught me… and there is a lot.
