As you probably know, Elly and I have only about three and a half weeks away from the British Finals.

I’m learning more so than anything, is how much I miss living the lifestyle of freedom, where it’s a little bit more relaxed.

Because we often say to our clients, and anyone who we talk to, we know what we do to get ready for the show isn’t sustainable.

It’s gets me thinking about my longer term. Because truth be told, after this year, I definitely won’t be competing again for a fair while.

In the process of that helping more people with work, focus on Aoife-Mae and also Elly and I would like to grow our family, too.

So, I think my priorities will change a little bit.

And that’s something that we often talk to our clients about, reassessing our goals and ultimately our life. Because sometimes our goals change as we move along in life, because I used to think that we would body build for a long time.

However, we started to realise that it’s not something we’d be able to do longer term.
