So I got this question from Pam who’s been on our mailing list for a while now, and she wanted to know how many calories should she eat to lose weight.

And this is a question that we do get asked quite often, and I completely get it because she wanted to know roughly how many calories you should eat to lose weight.

Now, I’m going to be honest with you.

There is no one size fits all, but it’s probably a lot more than you think it would be.

In fact, when we work while our coaching clients, none of them are ever under about 1,500/1,600 calories in order to lose weight and most are nearer 1900-2000Kcals.

a day in order to lose weight in a safe, sustainable manner.

So if you want to lose weight in the right way, make sure you’re eating as high a number of calories you can in order to lose weight.

And the reason behind this is you want to be healthy and strong at the same time.

Cut the calories too low, and you run the risk of not staying healthy and strong.

So think about that next time you go on one of these Fad diets and eat the calories too low. Your body needs calories to function and in order for it to function and lose weight.

PS: I’m not lying to you when I say this to you. I really mean it. I think it’s so important that you don’t undereat because it’s only going to set up for a long-term battle with:

1. The scales.

2. An unhealthy relationship with food.
