Do you do this?

>>>Living in ignorance<<<

More and more recently, I’ve started to see the amount of people that are quite happy to live in ignorance.

Seriously i believe this is a decision.

By this, I mean people who are unhappy with their weight, low in body confidence, even lower energy, want to see some change, but don’t want to fully track and assess their life.

It’s a real shame, because this is preventing them from seeing progress and losing that weight that holds them back from so much.

I’ve heard so many times from people, who struggle with their weight, my diet’s really good.

However, I am going to be brutally honest here, and you might not like it.

If you struggle with your weight, and have done for some time, your diet is not really good.

Your diet is not getting you towards where you need to be therefore could be improved.

Yes, sometimes the diet might not be that bad, it might not need much change, if you increase your activity levels.

However, 99.9% of the time, we can all improve our diet.

In fact, I know i can improve my diet too, and I’m body-confident all year round. So, I really do get frustrated when I see people who openly admit that they’re feeling:

  • Lower confidence.
  • Constantly conscious of their body.
  • Hate the way they look in the mirror.
  • Struggle to find clothes that they feel comfortable in.

Yet, they won’t bother to do something as simple about it like track their food.

Because, I do believe if you track your food, even if you do it for a week, but change nothing, you’ll become so much more aware, and probably start to realise how much these little bits of things you might perceive as a healthy food, healthy snack rack up.

Or, if you’re anything like me, how much calories the little bit of — your little ones food racks up.

So, please, if you’re not going to be open minded to things, or you’re not going to be prepared to fully track your life and analyze it, I strongly believe you’re never going to get the best or the progress that you’re fully capable of.
