Keep Things Simple

STOP confusing these…

wanted to share something with you that really

gets me frustrated and fed up when I see people

posting all these things about healthy foods and

healthy and when they absolutely complicate the

life out of everything.

You can eat healthily without complicating food.

You can eat healthily without complicating food.

You can eat healthily without complicating food.

You can eat healthily without having to cook every

single meal from scratch.

You can cook healthily without feeling like you have

to eat all these super foods or things labeled as

super foods and nothing but fruit and veg.

You can eat healthily without feeling need to have

500 ingredients put into your food.

Personally I like to keep things simple, i really don’t have time

to cook things from scratch every day….

and I’m happy keeping it as simple as possible because

1- cooking isn’t something I prioritise my time with and certainly don’t want

to spend hours and hours doing it.  And

2-  I prefer to spend the time investing in myself and becoming

better version of myself than I would in a kitchen or stressing

about reading recipes.

It doesn’t take any longer than about 10 to 15 minutes to

prepare a healthy meal.

If you really want to do it.

Yes, you might want loads of variety and loads of choice,

but it’s about asking yourself what you want more.

So please keep things simple and don’t fall for the trap of

thinking you need to be a culinary expert.
