So, the other day Aoife -Mae and I went swimming.
It was the first time in about six weeks that we’ve been swimming.
With the move and things, we’ve just been so busy.
And I have to say, when we first got in, she was really nervous.
Didn’t want to get in the water, even with her armbands on, she didn’t feel confident enough to relax and get in.
But, after a bit of perserverance and a little bit of guidance from me, she did manage to get in the water, and ended up loving it.
And, you probably know what’s coming.
But i really do see this time and time again with the women that work with us in our coaching programs, they often struggle with confidence, struggling to see the end in sight.
I think it’s always going to be difficult.
Now, I’m not going to say it’s easy, because it’s far from it. And I can’t guide you within 10 minutes to make you feel confident, however, Elly and I found out we feel more confident with time.
