Now i’m going to share something with you…
Mindset is not just motivation.
As you know, I go on about mindset quite a lot and how important it is to have the right mindset in order for you to achieve your goals.
However, people have been confused mindset with motivation, and thinking if you’re motivated, your mindset is right.
However, this is not true. Mindset is all about aligning yourself with your goals. Getting your brain finely trimmed because your brain is just like any other muscle in the body, it needs to be conditioned for it to be working at its best.
So, by that we can do various things each day to help us get our mindset right. And it doesn’t mean motivating yourself.
It just means reminding yourself of your goals, why they’re important and what you need to do to achieve them.
Start doing this every single day and I guarantee you you’re going to start to notice a shift in your mindset.
