I am a strong believer that everyone has the exact same goal,
- whether that be to..
- run a marathon,
- lose weight,
- tone up,
- feel more confident,
- increase energy levels,
- improved health.
- It’s all for the same reason, and that is to be better or feel better.
And by that I mean self progress is everybody’s goal, one way or another. And what we’ve determined is progress may vary from person to person.
But ultimately we all have the same goal, is to be better.
Because whose goal is to be worse?
In fact, don’t answer that.
And that’s something I want you to bear in mind when it comes to your goals and what you’re looking to do.
Because I often see people who have different goals to each other find it difficult to understand and relate to it.
However, they’ve got the same reasons as you do for wanting to achieve their goals.
They just might have slightly different types of physical goals, and that’s something to bear in mind.
Do you have different goals to someone close to you, but you can understand that their goal is important to them, and it is just for the same reasons.
Perhaps you have a goal that you dont have the support you should do?
