Good morning.

So today I’m going to share with you the different between just getting good results or average results and perhaps losing a little bit of weight to getting great results and feeling much better about yourself and seeing a significant physical change and a psychological change, too.

And that is, in one word, diet.

That’s right. It all boils down to diet and getting the correct diet in place.

And the reason being, when you want to lose weight and tone up, you don’t just want to lose any weight.

The only weight you really want to lose is body fat, because muscle and water is actually going to help your body recover and burn more calories in the long run.

So really we only want to lose body fat. And in order to do that, we need to have the correct diet in place to see great results.

That’s the biggest difference that Elly and I between our clients that are just getting in good results to the ones that are getting absolutely great results and feeling much better about themselves, too.

They follow the dietary support and advice we deliver and coach them on.

They follow it nice and simple, proven for me that we know it works every single time.

That’s right, if you got a diet that’s specific to you, it works every single time.

There are no negotiations.

It just might take a little bit of time for your body to adapt.

So if you’re going to change your diet today, give it time. Don’t expect things to change over night.

And track not only your weight, track how you’re feeling.
