Three steps to success

I want to share with you three steps that I believe we should all be doing in order to achieve true success.

But not just success, rather even just progress too because sometimes we can think, unless we literally hit that particular goal that we set ourselves, we haven’t made progress.

Or we can almost focus too much on one area (tunnel vision)

The first step of that is tracking.

Track every single area of your life. Your happiness, your health, your fitness level, your relationships, your income.

Literally everything, track it on a daily/weekly basis.

So that then you can see if things are getting better or worse in certain areas of your life. Because I’ve seen it before where people have a health and fitness goal and they focus solely on that.

They become so tunnel visioned that areas of their life suffer.

Their relationships suffer and things like that.
