How often should you weigh yourself when trying to lose weight?
For me I would say for women I’d do it at the same point in your
cycle every 28 days, as a way to track progress.
However if you want to more Often and it won’t create and
unhealthy relationship with the scales, exercise and diet you
can do it more often.
The thing is to remember that the scales don’t define you.
For blokes, I’d go every month or so however the same as above
if you like know more often provided it’s a healthy point of knowing
full ya boots.
Just don’t let it drive you crazy.
