That’s a question that I ask myself whenever I first make an investment in time, money, or anything in myself, or my family, or somebody.

And, the reason I ask myself this is because 9 times out of 10……

the worse that could happen isn’t that scary.

The worse that can often happen might be I lose a little bit of time, or perhaps I lose a little bit of money, or I lose a little bit of anything.

But, here’s the big but, if I didn’t take that risk, or if I didn’t invest that time, money, and energy, I wouldn’t know if it was worth it.

I’d always have that question unanswered.

I wouldn’t know if it was a valuable option or, use of my time, money, and energy, and I’d always be living in doubt.

That’s why I always ask people to take action.

Imperfect action is always going to be better than perfect inaction.

80% of the people I talk to on a daily basis about their weight loss goals have procrastinated.

In this time they procrastinated, their weight hasn’t gone down, their weight hasn’t stayed the same.

They’ve got fatter.

They’ve put weight on.

They’ve become more and more miserable.

And, guess what?

They dislike themselves more and more each day.
That’s why I always put such a strong emphasis on people taking action to stay away when it comes to their weight loss goals.

Most people that want to lose weight are either putting weight on or staying the same unless they’re already in a program that’s helping them.

Or, you could just start being more active.

You could just start making healthier decisions of your foods.

You could download a program off the Internet and start doing something about it.

But, whatever you do, don’t read this email and forget about it. Don’t read this email and get on with your day and then one day and wonder why, a month from now, you’re heavier, and wonder why, a month from now, the clothes you’re in right now, no longer fit.

Don’t wait.

Don’t procrastinate.
