so i wanted to let you know why i tend to work with
a low fat diet rather than a low carb diet.
And the main reason for this is lifestyle, because if
you’ve ever tried a lower carb diet you’ll know how tough
it is to eat out.
However it can get great results, another reason why i prefer
low fat is VOLUME, you can eat a greater volume of food on a
low fat diet, simply because….
1gram of carbs has just 4Kcals
whereas 1gram of fat has 9kcals and like i’ve said before…
a calorie is a calorie.
If you want to lose weight focus on the calories first and foremost.
