Following on from yesterday email of taking our time to get to goals in a safe and timely matter-
Summit occurred to me and its this…
The more you put into something, the more you’ll get out.
And that doesn’t just mean doing more exercise to get more results.
^^far from it^^
It means the more you put in adapt your lifestyle to becoming healthy.
The more you’ll get out of it, and exercise will only become a small part of the puzzle that helps you get in those jeans that have been gathering dust in the wardrobe until they fit again.
Look at it this way, if you exercise 30mins a day thats 2% of the day if thats the only time of the day you think about your goals.
Do you deserve results?
However make small lifestyle changes with your goals at the forefront of your mind every minute of the day,
Do you deserve better results?
I think so.
So thats why weight loss or being in good shape isn’t about the training, or even about the diet.
Its about lifestyle.
So commit to a positive change every week with your lifestyle and you’ll be flying.
Because that time won’t come again, or won’t last unless it becomes a lifestyle.
